Girl Diver takes the Middle East to the Far East Coast. What started as a love for coastal cuisine now evolves into a celebration of the Mediterranean, from the shores of Greece to the harbors of Italy, Spain and North Africa. Girl Diver's heart remains the same adventurous, fresh, and full of flavor, but with a new passport stamp. Our new chef brings years of experience in Mediterranean kitchens and a passion for bold, balanced cooking. Together, we've reimagined Girl Diver as a gathering place for vibrant dishes, fine wines, and the spirit of coastal living.
